We check your installations and take action on a daily basis
We perform a check on the meters where the registration has failed. If we can reach a meter, we will register it again automatically.
We check the non-activated meters for connection. If these can be reached, we synchronize the clock so that data is immediately available upon registration.
If the registration on the network continues to fail, we reset the SIM card in the device remotely. There’s no need to send an installer to perform a reset.
